How booking works
Booking online takes about five minutes. A request becomes a reservation once the studio verifies your reservation fee.

Choose a package and date
Pick your event, compare packages and see which dates are open for that package.

Send your booking request
Tell us about your event and, if you like, add up to three photos of the style you want.

Pay the reservation fee (GCash, Maya or your bank app)
Within 48 hours. The fee is 30% (50% for corporate events) of the package total. You can also pay everything at once.

We confirm your date
The studio checks your payment, reserves the date and emails your confirmation.

Packages and coverage
Every package covers the Philippines. Photos are delivered as JPEG and videos as MP4, in about two months. Same-day edit is shown on the day of your event.

- Weddings
- Every wedding includes one pre-nup shoot, in a morning or afternoon session on a day before the wedding. The pre-nup fee is half of one day of your package, paid with your final payment. You choose the location and arrange any permits.

- Kids' parties to milestone birthdays, with a contact person on the day.
- Christenings and dedications
- The ceremony and the reception, for the whole family.
- Corporate events
- Launches, programs and promotional shoots for companies and organisations.

How payment works
Pay by scanning the studio's QR Ph code with GCash, Maya or your bank app. The first payment is the reservation fee; it is non-refundable and must be verified before your date is reserved.
Good to know
- Prices are per day: a 2-day booking costs twice the package price.
- Travel is ₱44 per km, there and back, from the studio (Block 48 Lot 7, Jade Residences, Imus, Cavite). It is charged per trip: a wedding with its pre-nup on another day is 2 trips; for events of more than 1 day the crew either goes home each day (one trip per day) or stays near the venue (one trip, and the client provides the crew's food and a place to stay). The studio emails the exact travel fee after checking the venue.
- Travel by plane or boat is paid by the client. There are no other hidden fees.
- The studio takes at most two bookings a day, so popular dates fill up early.
- To cancel or reschedule, contact the studio at least one month before. A reschedule moves your payments to the new date with no fee.

Shootgeeks Photography and Videography has photographed and filmed events for families, schools and businesses since 2014.
Businesses and schools need photos and videos to promote what they do. Families need someone to capture the moments that pass too quickly: weddings, christenings, dedications and birthdays. We cover both, with a team of photographers, videographers and same-day editors based in Imus, Cavite.

Questions and answers
How do I book?
On this website. Create an account, verify your email, choose a package and date, fill in the booking form and send it. Messenger and email are for questions and custom packages.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login page, press "Forgot your password?" and enter your email. We email you a 6-digit code that works for 10 minutes. Enter it, then choose a new password. No code? Check your spam folder, wait a minute and press "Send a new code".
Do I need an account?
Yes. You sign up with your email and verify it with a 6-digit code. Your account is where you pay, send your payment reference number and follow your booking.
Will I get a reference number and a confirmation email?
Yes. You get a reference number as soon as you send your request, and an email with a link to the payment page. You get another email when the studio confirms your booking.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a reservation fee: 30% of the package total for most events, or 50% for corporate events (the wedding pre-nup fee is not part of it). It is non-refundable. Pay it by GCash, Maya or your bank app within 48 hours of your request, or the request expires.
How can I pay?
By QR Ph: scan the studio's QR code with GCash, Maya or your bank app (any app that supports QR Ph). The studio's QR code is shown after you send a booking request, on the payment page and in My bookings. There is no bank transfer.
When is the rest of the balance due?
It follows your payment plan. Weddings pay 30% of the package to reserve, 30% 7 days before the pre-nup, and 40% plus the pre-nup fee (half of one day) 7 days before the wedding. Corporate events pay 50% and 50%. Birthdays, christenings and dedications pay 30% and 70%. You can also pay everything at once (pay in full) within 48 hours. The final payment is due 7 days before the event unless the studio agrees another date with you. If you book closer to the event than that, it is due on the event day.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Contact the studio at least one month before. The reservation fee is non-refundable. A reschedule moves your payments to the new date with no fee, as long as the new date is open.
How long until we get our photos and videos?
About two months, as JPEG photos and MP4 videos. Same-day edit is shown on the day itself, for packages that include it.
Is there a gallery? What is the QR code?
Yes. After your event we post a preview gallery. Its link and QR code are in your email and in My bookings, and they work for 3 days, so please download your photos early.
Do you travel for events?
Anywhere in the Philippines. Travel is ₱44 per km, there and back, from the studio (Block 48 Lot 7, Jade Residences, Imus, Cavite). It is charged per trip: a wedding with its pre-nup on another day is 2 trips; for events of more than 1 day the crew either goes home each day (one trip per day) or stays near the venue (one trip, and the client provides the crew's food and a place to stay). The studio emails the exact travel fee after checking the venue. For places reached by plane or boat, the client pays transportation and accommodation.
What is an SDE? What is an AVP?
An SDE (same-day edit) is a highlight video edited during your event and shown the same day. An AVP is a slideshow of your old photos; please send the photos at least one week before the event.
Do you have an AI tool?
Yes. GeekTalk, the chat button on every page, answers questions about packages, payment and dates, and can open the booking form for you. It does not make bookings by itself.
What about rain plans, drones or photo booths?
Please ask the studio directly. These depend on your venue and are arranged case by case.
